Its central reports server allows producing all organizational reports and documents.

QPack is a web based system that is installed at customer site, and serves all participants in the development process.
QPack is an ActiveX based program and runs on Internet Explorer (6/7/8).

Do I need another software licenses to run QPack?
No, you need Windows2003 server for QPack server.

How do I upgrade to QPack new versions and releases?
QPack installation also provides you with an automatic upgrade program, which automatically and easily upgrades new versions within minutes.
What are the daily data backup Procedures?
Daily backup is very easy. All you need to do is backup the SQLSERVER database (using daily job) and backup FTP folder. (Click here for details)
Is QPack operates over the Internet?
We work over Intranet platform. That means you can connect to the system through VPN connection using your existing IE6 or 7.
How open is your system? Can I import/export data into/from it?
The system contains API you can use in order to import items such as requirements, tests defects, etc.
