DISCONNECT THE LOGGED IN USERS
- Select Users from Admin > Users & Groups
- Select the checkbox corresponding to the users to be disconnected from the grid.
- Select Disconnect User option from More Actions.
All the selected users get disconnected. Before disconnection, users get the warning to save their work.
Disconnect user option is also available for a user in the Actions column
SENDING EMAILS TO THE USERS
- Select Users from Admin > Users & Groups
- Select the checkbox corresponding to the users to send the email.
- Select Send Email option from More Actions.
This opens up the email program, e.g., Outlook.
