Distribution List

OVERVIEW

Distribution List in Orcanos ALM enables you to group users, usually for the purpose of email notifications (it is not related to groups and its permissions)

HOW TO ADD A DISTRIBUTION LIST

To add a Distribution List, follow the simple steps mentioned below:

  • Select Distribution List in Users & Groups under Admin. Distribution List page will be displayed.
  • Click Add icon . Mange Distributor pop-up window will be displayed.
  • Enter the name of the distribution list in the Name field.
  • Click Save. The distribution list is saved.
  • There are two ways by which users can be added to the Distribution List.
    • Option 1
      • Click the View icon. Distribution list details will be displayed.
      • Move to the Users tab.
      • Click on ‘Add‘ icon. Add Users pop-up be displayed.
      • Select users (can select multiple users) and click on ‘Save‘.
      • Users will be added to the Distribution list
    • Option 2
      • Select the Distribution list, click on (three horizontal dots) in Actions column.
      • Select ‘Add Users‘ option. Add Users pop-up be displayed.
      • Select users (can select multiple users) and click on ‘Save‘.
      • Users will be added to the Distribution list
