Sometimes it is necessary to embed a Field data in the Electronic Form/template designed for Item Description
Orcanos allows adding dynamic Fields for this purpose
STEPS TO EMBED FIELDS
- Create a Template for the Paragraph Description
- Open the paragraph in your document where you wish to embed Field
- Click on the Edit icon corresponding to the description section to open description in edit mode
- Click Embed Field button on the description editor toolbar
- In the pop-up screen, select the Field as “Name“
- Now you can see the field name with an anchor in the description area
You can see the Eye Icon corresponding to Edit Icon on Description Section once we embed the Field to Show/hide the dynamic information.
