The Fields Layout option in Orcanos ALM enables you to design the layout of the fields in work item form.
Note: Fields that appears in fields layout will also be available in filters
1. Go to Admin > Customization > Fields Layout. The following page is displayed.
Available Fields include both the System defined Fields and Custom fields defined by the user
Designing the Layout
1. Select the required work item from the Work Item dropdown list. The fields corresponding to the work item are displayed in the Fields section.
2. To include a new field, drag and drop the field from Available Fields section to the Overview section. If you want to remove a field, then click the “–” symbol corresponding to the field in the Fields section.
Note: You can rearrange the fields in the Fields section by dragging and dropping the fields in the required positions. Once rearranged, the changes are reflected in the Details section of the corresponding work item.
You can add new sections, rename section name, and reorder sections by drag and drop
Click on “Add Section” button in order to add new section
Fields can be relocated between sections by drag and drop
