How to adjust columns in Excel?


Sometimes when users sign an Excel file then in the generated PDF file, columns are not displayed on a single page or Excel columns are not listed properly. To overcome this issue, we can adjust the excel columns in Page layout.


  • Open the excel file
  • Selects the Page Layout option in the Menu Bar
  • Select the Width and Height of columns

  • Save the file
  • Upload the file in Revision of the DMS item
  • Sign the File and Approve it
  • Download PDF gets generated

The generated PDF file displays the excel data properly.
