Sometimes when users sign an Excel file then in the generated PDF file, columns are not displayed on a single page or Excel columns are not listed properly. To overcome this issue, we can adjust the excel columns in Page layout.
TO ADJUST THE EXCEL COLUMNS
- Open the excel file
- Selects the Page Layout option in the Menu Bar
- Select the Width and Height of columns
- Save the file
- Upload the file in Revision of the DMS item
- Sign the File and Approve it
- Download PDF gets generated
The generated PDF file displays the excel data properly.
