OVERVIEW
User can easily add the mandatory field rules once the Admin Mandatory Field Rule is defined, it can be Imported/exported to the Existing Projects.
The Import/Export Mandatory Field Rule options are available in the Project Mandatory Fields tab
EXPORT MANDATORY FIELDS:
- Click the Export Mandatory Fields option from More Actions list
- Export From Mandatory Fields Page is displayed
- Work Item: Select the required work item from the Work Item drop down list.
- Export To: Select the single/multiple projects checkbox to which Mandatory Fields list needs to be Exported.
- Click on Save Button.
- Mandatory fields is Exported successfully
IMPORT MANDATORY FIELDS:
- Click the Import Mandatory Fields option from More Actions list
- Import Mandatory Fields Page is displayed
- Project: Select the required project from which the Mandatory Fields is to be imported from the Project drop down list.
- Type: Select the type:
- Import from default mandatory fields to your Project option: It would import from Mandatory Fields defined in Admin > Customization > Mandatory Fields
- Import from selected project to your Project option: It would import from Mandatory Fields defined in selected project
- Work Item: Select the single/multiple checkbox for work item to be imported
- Click on Save Button.
- Mandatory fields is imported successfully.
