Service Center Filters

OVERVIEW

The service center filters display the list of service calls that were created. You can add a new service call, view the details of the service call or modify the details of the service call in the Filters tab.

VIEWING THE SERVICE CALL DETAILS

  • Select the Service Center Icon from Main Menu
  • Select the Existing Customer and select the Service Calls tab
  • Select the Filter
  • Click on View Icon corresponding to the service call in the Action column
  • The details are displayed in the Service Call Information section.

ATTACHMENTS

This option allows you to add additional documents or URL to the service call.

TO ADD ATTACHMENTS
  • Select Add Attachment option from Add Icon. The Add Attachment popup window is displayed.
  • Click Choose File from the Select File field to attach the required document.
  • Enter a brief description of the attached file in the Description field.
  • Click Save.

The Is Overwrite option is used to overwrite the existing file that is already attached to the system. When the file is updated, you can select the Is Overview checkbox to replace the existing file with the updated file.

Alternatively, you can simply drag and drop the file to attach file to the system.

TO ADD URL
  • Select Add URL option from Add Icon.  The Add URL popup window is displayed.
  • Enter the address of the website in the URL field.
  • Enter a brief description of the site in the Description field.
  • Click Save.

Once the file or the URL is attached, you can perform the following by clicking the corresponding icons:

Download Icon – Downloads the attached file. In the case of the URL, the corresponding webpage is opened.

Delete Icon – Deletes the attached file or the URL.

Edit Description Icon – Used to modify the description only.

HISTORY

This section displays the list of actions that are performed on the service call.

DEFECTS

This section enables you to add a new defect.
