Work Items

OVERVIEW

Users can set up the visibility of Work Items at Project, Group level

TO SETUP VISIBILITY OF WORK ITEMS:

  • Select Admin > Data Sharing and Settings > Work Items.
  • By Default All Project and All Group are selected
  • Select the required Project and Group from dropdown lists
  • The List of Active Work Items gets displayed
  • Select/un-select the Show/Hide checkbox corresponding to the Work Item

The selected Work Items for which checkbox is checked under Show/Hide column are displayed for the group users

Note: If user selects Show/Hide checkbox for Group A but Show/Hide checkbox is unchecked for All Group

In such case, the Work Item will not be displayed for the Group A users

Show only exclude items checkbox list all the work Items which are unchecked for the Project and Group combinations
