I login to admin, and selected add signer and wanted to add new user as signer and the drop down was empty
From the Admin please open the project of Document Control and add the missing user
Then go to the routing process designer and add the user to one of the routing processes you wish the user to participate in.
Go to the DMS items and start routing with the selected routing process and the user shall get e-sign notification.
