OVERVIEW
The Hierarchy Settings help you to define the Parent-Child relationship between two work items. You can add only the listed child items under the parent on the Product Tree page.
HOW TO ADD A NEW HIERARCHY
User can follow below simple steps to add a new Hierarchy
- Go to the Customization section under Admin and select Hierarchy Settings.
- The Hierarchy Settings Page displays the list of Parent-child relationships.
- Click the Add Icon at the Bottom right side of the Page to open the Add Hierarchy Settings Page.
- In the Add Hierarchy Settings Page, select the required parent from the Parent section and choose the single/multiple items to be added as children from the Child section.
Pressing Save allows you to add more Hierarchy Settings.
Pressing Save & Exit brings you back to the Hierarchy Settings Page.
HOW TO DELETE THE HIERARCHY SETTING
Clicking the Cross Icon in the Action Column allows to Delete the corresponding Hierarchy Setting
HOW TO VIEW/HIDE THE HIERARCHY SETTINGS
Click the 
icon in the Action Column allows to view or hide the corresponding work item from the Add Item type selection list.
