Applications

OVERVIEW

Users can set up the accessibility of main applications: Service center, Document Control

TO SET UP ACCESSIBILITY OF APPLICATIONS:

  • Select Applications in Data Sharing and Settings under Admin
  • By Default All Group is selected
  • Select the required group from the Group dropdown list for which you want to show/hide access to Applications
  • Select/un-select the Show/Hide checkbox corresponding to the Applications

The Applications are displayed for the group users for which checkbox is checked under the Show/Hide column.

Note: If user selects Show/Hide checkbox for Group A Application but Show/Hide checkbox is unchecked for All Group.

In such case, the Application will not be displayed for the Group A users

Show only exclude items checkbox list all the Applications which are unchecked for the Groups.

Note: Gantt is no more available in Orcanos now.
