Authentication Methods

OVERVIEW

Users can now customize the Authentication method through the Admin System Settings, offering a choice among four options: Orcanos, SAML, Google and Office 365.

HOW TO SET AUTHENTICATION METHOD

To set the Authentication method, user need to follow simple steps mentioned

  • Select the System Settings from System Configuration section in the Admin 
  • User can select any one Authentication Method
    • Orcanos : Choose this option if you prefer to maintain Orcanos Authentication.
    • SAML : Choose this option if you wish to retain SAML Authentication. Upon selection, a note will be displayed: “Note: Please contact our support team to configure SSO.”
    • Google :Choose this option if you prefer to maintain Google Authentication. Provide the necessary details for the dependent fields, including Google Auth URL, Google ClientID, Google Client Secret, Google Redirect URL, Google Token URL, and select the “Force SSO” checkbox if desired.
    • Office 365 : Choose this option if you wish to retain Office 365 Authentication. Upon selection, a note will be displayed: “Note: Please contact our support team to configure SSO.”

Force SSO : Check this box to enforce Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication during login and ESign of Documents/Records. This feature is applicable to Google, SAML, and Office 365 authentication methods.
