Fields

OVERVIEW

Users can set up the visibility of fields at Project, Group and Work Item level. Here we can set the permission to Add, Update and View Field for the Selected Project and Group

TO SETUP ACCESIBILITY OF FIELDS:

  • Select Fields in Data Sharing and Settings under Admin
  • By Default All Project and All Group is selected
  • Select the required Project, Group and Work item from dropdown lists
  • The List of Fields include the System Fields and Custom Fields
  • Select/Un-select the Add, Update or View checkbox corresponding to the field

Note: If only the Update checkbox is selected for the corresponding field, it implies that the field is available only in Edit Mode and not during Add Work Item or View Work Item.

Show only exclude items checkbox list all the Fields which are unchecked for the Project, Group and work Item combinations
