Handle issues while opening the file generated using Online Document Generator

Sometimes working with the Online Generated Document, users can find that the Document saved doesn’t open up

The Document gives the error when click to open

In such case, open the Folder in which Document is Saved. Right-click the Node and select the “Properties” option and check for Unblock option.

User must unblock the Document and Press Ok Button

Try open the same Document again. The Document should be opened successfully.

The above case handles the individual documents.

In case, we want it to be handled for all word Documents.

  1. Open Word File > Select Options
  2. Select the Trust Center section
  3. Click on Trust Center Settings Button
  4. Select the “Protected View” section and do the settings as below
