Update Group for the Existing User’s Project

In the Orcanos system, users can change the Group for a Project which is already assigned to the user.

HOW TO CHANGE GROUP FOR A PROJECT:

Method1:
  • Select the Admin from the main menu Icon at the top right side of the Page.
  • Select the Users from the Users and Groups section.
  • Select a User for which you want to change the group for a project.
  • Select the Projects tab from the User detail page.
  • Select the project for which you want to change the group by click on the checkbox along with the related project on the list.
  • Click on More actions (3dots) icon and select the Change Group option.
  • Select the Group which you want to select and click on Save Button in Change Group popup.
Method2:
  • Select the Admin from the main menu Icon at the top right side of the Page.
  • Select the Projects from the Projects & Solutions section.
  • Select a Project for which you want to change the group.
  • Select the Users tab from the Project detail page.
  • Select the User for which you want to change the group by click on the corresponding checkbox
  • Click on More actions (3dots) icon and select the Change Group option.
  • Select the Group which you want to select and click on Save Button in Change Group popup.

Group gets change successfully for the project and updated Group Permission gets reflected to the assigned user
