OVERVIEW

This article introduces the basics required to manage the project in Orcanos ALM.

Creating projects is the basic of Orcanos. Every artifact or activity is managed within the project scope.

After Creating a New Project, admin can see the following tabs on the project’s detail page.

GROUPS TAB

This Tab displays all related groups and user names with their hyperlinks.

The Users added to the Selected Project from the Users tab of the Groups are listed in the Groups tab of the Project.

 

USERS TAB

This Tab displays all related users list in the project with their hyperlinks and other details. Admin can add the Users in the Project by clicking on Add Icon.

The Users added to the selected Project from the Projects tab of the Users are listed in the Users tab of the Project.

VERSIONS TAB

This Tab displays all the versions of the project here. Admin can Add, Edit and Remove the Projects Versions from here.

TEMPLATES TAB

Admin can Manage the default work item templates for the specific project using this Tab.

PROCESS FLOW TAB

Admin can Manage work item Process flows for the specific project using this tab.

MANDATORY FIELDS RULE TAB

Admin can manage the Mandatory Fields Rules for the specific project using this tab.

FMEA SETTINGS TAB

Admin can manage the Risk FMEA settings for the specific project using this tab.
