QPack Web Main Screen Concept

This short tutorial will take you through QPack man screen concept

First, You need to login to the system


After putting your credentials, the main screen open, showing your personal dashboard:

Dashboard – ability to customize dashboard, and add new dashboards


The top toolbar shows you the applicable components:

Product Tree – arrange your content in hierarchic view

The root item is the project/solution (solution is a spacial project that can contain child projects. Usually used to map your product)

Under a project – you would usually add Document item types, and underneath a document, you will add a paragraph

Under each paragraph, you will add the relevant work item, such as System requirement, software requirement, test case, etc.


Selecting any item on the tree will show its details on the right side, separated by tabs:


Overview – shows work item attributes

Attachments – work item attachments

History – shows history log of all changes

Discussion – users discussion with ability to online chat (QPack instant messaging)

Traceability – related items

Defects – defects reported directly on specific work item

Source Files – files committed on specific work item (integration with source control)

Steps – steps of test case

Execution set – for execution set work item – test cases to run

Work Items – Views and filters

The work item shows all work items available to you. You can run user defined filters or create new ones


Here you can select filter from list of available views, edit or create new one

You can share views

Change working project from the projects list box

Open items from results grid

Document Control – A document control management system with e-sign

QPack document control enables scanning, storage, retrieval, sharing, tracking, revision, e-signing and distribution of documents and hence information and data they contain.


Electronic Signature – shows history of electronic signatures

Shows the history of all e-sign, allows start routing for multiple items


Service Center – manage customers service calls


Admin – system admin
