Word Import fails if Server Code page setting is not known because the server has a different setting than usual. Possible error in such case is
Solution:
- Change the setting from Control Panel > Region > Administrative Tab > Change system locale. After update, Restart the system.
2. Change system locale settings would resolve the word import issue and you can import the Word document successfully.
