OVERVIEW
Overview tab displays all the required fields which are added in the Fields Layout. It is default at the first position. It can contain many sections. It has a Description section as an inbuilt feature.
Work item attributes, divided into sections
This section contains system fields and custom fields
SYSTEM FIELDS
Name – Short description of work item
Description – HTML description of work item
Priority – List box of work item priority. System-level. This means all work items have the same priority
Category – List of categories. On work item level. This means each work item has its own list
Assign to – assignee (from list of project users)
Created By – the user who created item (not editable)
Updated by – user last updated item (not editable)
Created date – date item created (not editable)
Updated date – date item last updated (not editable)
