OVERVIEW
Enables user to setup work items by adding New Work Items or Update the Custom Code and Description for the Existing work Items.
The Show/Hide selection box enables users to display or conceal Work Items within the system.
ADD NEW WORK ITEM
User can follow below simple steps to add new work item:
- Go to the Customization Section of the Admin Page and select Work Items.
- Click on the Add Icon located at the bottom of the Work Items Page.
- This action opens a Manage Work Item pop-up, enabling input of the Description and Code for the new Work Item.
- Select the icon from the list.
- Save the changes .
Allows to select the Work item Icon only from 6 pre-defined Icons listed
UPDATE WORK ITEM
- Click on the Edit icon corresponding to the work item in the Action Column that you wish to modify.
- Update the Code and Description fields.
- Press the Save Button to confirm your changes.
- The updated data will be reflected in the Custom Code and User Description Column.
SHOW/HIDE THE TABS FOR WORK ITEM
- Click on the Work Item Code Hyperlink to access the work item Details Page.
- Next, select the Tab named “Tabs“.
- A list of tabs for the selected work item will be displayed.
- Users can toggle the checkboxes to select or un-select, thus hide/show the Tabs for the Work item type.
