an item is already approved, and frozen, some persons have frozen item edit permission, is it possible to make them actually convert the status back to draft for them to edit… in other words approved documents need to be put back to draft to be edited As suggested by one of you, I created a process to bring back the approved item to draft with signature process, but the person is still able to modify an frozen approved item without a state back to draft

The Orcanos freeze mode is based on status. Means, Approved is freeze
Now you can give permission of who can change freeze item (means status approved and he still can change it)
if the user has permissions to change Freeze item – he can change everything, and not necessarily have to change status first. This shall be the working procedure
