Why am I not able to enter the License Key? The system is giving an error “License Key Mismatch” to me when I am trying to copy past it from the email I am getting from ORCANOS support.
Go to Admin> License Management> Click on Enter license key button.> Enter license key and save it.
You need to copy the key from the email body to the Admin system. When you do it many times, you have copied by mistake a space char at the end. The space char cause the system to say the key is not valid. So Please make sure to remove the space char at the end.
