OVERVIEW
This feature allows the user to view the details of downloaded revision in the History tab of DMS item. The details show the file name and its revision number along with the person name who downloaded it. The Format is ‘Name’ has downloaded XXX4_Lab A – SRS_A_1.pdf Rev A.1
HOW TO DOWNLOAD REVISION AND CHECK HISTORY
To download a revision and check the history, user need to follow basic steps
- Download the DMS item revision
- History will show the details such as file name, its revision number along with the person name who downloaded it.
Download Revision History is recorded for the Following
- Download using Uncontrolled Download Icon
- Download using Download for Edit Icon
- Download using View PDF option
- Download using Preview PDF option
