OVERVIEW
This option enables you to relate External users to the customers. You can relate more that one external user to a customer. In order to relate the user with the customer, the user must be an active user in the system.
TO RELATE A USER:
- Select the Service Center Icon from Main Menu
- Select the Customer from the left navigation pane
- Select the Users tab.
- Click Add Icon (Relate Users) at the bottom of the page
- .The Relate User popup window is displayed.
- Select the users from the Select User dropdown list
- Click Save Button
Check All option to selects all the users. You can search for a specific user using the search icon
To remove the related customer, click icon corresponding to the user in the Actions Column
