Enables user to setup work items by adding New Work Items or Update the Code and Description for the Existing work Items.
Allows to Activate/Hide Work Items in the System.
ADD NEW WORK ITEM
- Select Work Items from Customization Section of the Admin Page.
- Click on Add Icon at the bottom of the Work Items Page
- It opens a Manage Work Item pop-up to input the Description and Code for the new Work Item
Allows to select the Work Item Icon only from 6 pre-defined Icons listed
UPDATE WORK ITEM
- Click the Edit icon corresponding to the work item in the Action Column to be modified
- Update the Code and Description and Press Save Button
- Updated data would be listed in the Custom Code and User Description Column
Hide the Work Items by unchecking the Checkbox in Show/Hide Column
SHOW/HIDE THE TABS FOR WORK ITEM
- Click on Work Item Code Hyperlink to open the Details Page.
- Select the Tab named “Tabs“.
- List of tabs for the selected work item should be displayed. User can select or un-select the checkbox to hide/show the Tabs for the Work item type
