I am not able to Import Document in case my file has the text in language other than English.

In order to get the Document Imported into Orcanos System, you need to change the Document’s Encoding
Steps to Follow to change the Document’s Encoding

  1. Open the Document
  2. Select Save As Option, user gets the Save As pop-up window to input the name
  3. Select the Web Options from the Tools dropdown list displayed at the Bottom beside the Save Button
  4. Web Option Pop-up window should be displayed
  5. Select the Encoding Tab
  6. Now Save this Document as by selecting the “Unicode(UTF-8)” option
  7. Press Ok Button (Wen Option Pop-up window should get closed)
  8. Press Save Button (Save As Pop-up window should get closed)
  9. Now Try Import Document Again
