OVERVIEW
The Filter feature in Orcanos allows the user to create Filters to view the data by predefined criteria. You can create and save more than one filter.
CREATE THE FILTER
- Select Work Items in the main menu
- Select the relevant work item from the left navigation
- Click ‘Create Filter’ option in the Options list.
- The Filter Details Page is displayed
- Input or select the Required details
- Press Save Button
To get the details of the Fields displayed on the filter Page, refer to Manage Filter/View
UPDATE THE FILTER
- Select Work Items in the main menu
- From the dropdown, Select the filter to be modified.
- Click ‘Edit Filter’ option in the Options list.
- Modify the required information
- Press Save Button.
CLONE THE FILTER
- Select Work Items in the main menu
- From the dropdown, Select the filter to be modified.
- Click ‘Clone Filter‘ option in the Options list.
- Provide a new name for the filter in the Filter Name field.
- Press Save Button.
DELETE THE FILTER
- Select Work Items in the main menu
- From the dropdown, select the filter to be modified.
- Click the ‘Delete Filter’ option in the Options list.
Only the user who created the filter or the user with permissions to edit/delete public filter can delete the filter.
GET LINK
- Select Work Items in the main menu
- From the dropdown, select the filter
- Click the ‘Get Link’ option to copy the URL and paste the same on Different Tab/Browser or send the same in E-mail
MOVE TO FOLDER
- Select Work Items in the main menu
- From the dropdown, select the filter
- Click the ‘Move to Folder’ option, a pop-up Filter folder structure gets opened
- Choose the folder and click on Save.
ADD TO FAVORITE
- Select Work Items in the main menu
- From the dropdown, select the filter
- Click ‘Add to Favorite‘ option in the Options list.
- To remove the filter from Favorite, click ‘Remove from Favorite‘ option in the Options list.
Note : Share Filter option is not available now.
