New Shortcuts Panel: direct access into your processes and items in one click.
Admins can distribute Panels to specific users or groups.
From the More Actions menu, on a panel, you will see an option to Distribute panels.
On the open dialogue, you can select where the panel will be distributed to, specific users or a whole group.
New Login Page
The login now has a new and fresh background.
It displays the account name and logo to differentiate environments more easily.
Improved Screen Usage
The Pin Icon now allows users to freeze the first two columns, improving usability and clarity.
To optimize screen space, the Sidebar and Left Pane now feature Collapse Options.

Admin Enhancements
Module Assignment: Each project must belong to a module; bulk assignment supported.
On the Projects screen in the Admin, select the projects you want to assign a module to. Then, open the More Actions menu and click on ‘Set Module’.
The dialog allows selecting between Design Control or Quality Processes Modules
Color Selector: Replaced with an accessibility-compliant color picker.
Retired & Repositioned Features
Electronic Signature Module: Replaced by 2 new panels on the dashboards that will display items that need to be signed by the user and all items that are waiting to be signed.
Additionally, the DMS Multi start routing was placed under the more actions of the DMS item type grid display, to provide an easier way to start routing of multiple DMS files, which is important during the baseline creation phase.
Work Item / Product Tree Views: Now toggleable from the top of the left pane.
Submit a Ticket: is not available anymore as customers should use Chat with us, which is linked to Intercom chat.
Rich Text Formula Tool: Removed - use an image of the formulas instead.
