Fixes

• Traceability was copied to the newly created training record when launched from the user profile.
• The removal of an unbranched test case in the advanced version was impacting the results and traceability of the earlier version.
• Branching a risk caused the "P Hazard" and "P Harms" to be undisplayed.
• The application now utilizes SignalR connections more efficiently.
• Several security fixes have been implemented.
